Read this first! Then type your full email address. Click Accept and allow any prompts or warnings. Hit INSTALL on EACH of the following screens. Follow the prompts. Enter your devices PIN or AppleID credentials if asked. Enter your email password when asked. Send a message to your own email address to test.
